Senior SAP CO Consultant

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions across transformation programs.
• Drive solution architecture and process optimization for Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC).
• Translate business and finance requirements into scalable SAP solutions and ensure integration with Finance and Logistics processes.
• Support end-to-end delivery across design, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Contribute to governance, best practices, innovation, and performance management in SAP Controlling.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling consulting and implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in CO-OM, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), and CO-PC.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Finance transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, profitability management, and management reporting processes.
• Experience integrating SAP Controlling with Finance (FI) and Logistics processes, including MM, PP, and SD.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-fluent German and fluent English required.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with clients or projects in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry (DMI).
• Experience with SAP Project System (PS).
