Consultant - Orphoz (Implementation)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; requires close on-site work with client teams and may involve placements in remote or industrial locations.

What you will do

• Join teams deployed to 6–18-month transformation projects and help achieve client outcomes.
• Own specific project workstreams, independently manage delivery quality, report progress, and seek guidance from the Delivery Manager.
• Support end-to-end diagnostic studies and implementation while working closely with client teams.
• Engage with senior clients, including CxOs, GMs, and functional VPs, to drive frontline change and operational impact.
• Coach client teams and help embed sustainable capabilities in the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or another technical area, with a strong academic record.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including project delivery in transformation contexts, business planning, production forecasting, process improvement, or operational planning.
• Experience with programs containing a strong digital or technology component, including regular work with frontline operations teams and workshop facilitation.
• Exposure to frontline improvement programs in mining, metals processing, oil and gas, power, or manufacturing, including transformation, category management, lean or i4.0 productivity, or operational improvement projects.
• Action-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional time management in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adapt communication to different perspectives and seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma or project management certification such as PMP or Prince2.
• Familiarity with digital tool platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, SAP, or MES systems.
• Background in operations or industrial engineering.
