Training Specialist

Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Lead training activities for assigned manufacturing stations and deliver on-the-job instruction as the technical expert.
• Master new processes and convert them into clear, teachable steps for technicians and technician-trainers.
• Coach trainees across learning styles, mentor technician-trainers, and support consistent execution across shifts.
• Own quizzes, assessments, progress reporting, and evaluation criteria for hard and soft skills.
• Partner with process designers on tasks and if/then decision logic, and maintain version-controlled, audit-ready training content.
• Conduct training audits, ensure procedural compliance, and collaborate with Learning System Engineers on continuous improvement roadmaps.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in training, instructing, or teaching entry-level individual contributors.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a production or inspection environment.
• Experience training people from entry level through mid level.
• Ability to learn rapidly, reteach effectively, and influence process adoption.
• Ability to independently identify macro and micro human patterns and provide actionable, objective, mature recommendations to leadership.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR.
