Analyst, Alt Investments (Alternative Investments)

Location: Tempe, AZ, United States; work schedule aligned with Chicago office hours, starting at 6:30am or 7:30am depending on Daylight Savings

What you will do

• Act as the primary Alternative Asset Services contact for hirify.global client relationship managers regarding alternative investments.
• Monitor, resolve, and respond to internal and external inquiries by pulling and interpreting data and preparing analysis.
• Support client valuation expectations and complete assigned daily deliverables in a collaborative team environment.
• Review processes and identify improvements that increase team efficiency.
• Participate in department projects and initiatives.
• Use initiative on routine issues and refer complex problems to supervisors or subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• College degree required; Finance or Accounting emphasis preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of capital markets, with exposure to hedge funds, private equity, commingled funds, valuation reporting, and reconciliation principles preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
