IT Support Apprentice (AI)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day local IT support and resolve standard user requests.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware and software access.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and inventory laptops and mobile phones.
• Follow central IT procedures, identify gaps, and document work accurately.
• Log, track, and close requests in the ticketing system.
• Contribute to IT projects and automation initiatives while escalating complex issues with the right context.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an IT-related BTS, engineering school, or university program.
• Good understanding of IT fundamentals, including laptop configuration and basic troubleshooting, plus basic development skills.
• Strong sense of service and a welcoming attitude toward users of all technical levels.
• Rigor and thoroughness in following procedures and documenting work.
• Genuine interest in IT and AI, ideally demonstrated through a personal project.
• Full commitment to hirify.global’s mission, vision, and growth, with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Professional English proficiency at B2 minimum.

• Prior IT experience.
