Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; based in Munich or ready to move there, with 3 days per week in the office. Hybrid setup; travel to customers in North America for workshops, onsite work, and executive reviews.

What you will do

• Support enterprise deals technically from initial data discussions through contract signing.
• Lead end-to-end implementations by connecting enterprise systems, building data models, and configuring the Environmental Intelligence System.
• Translate results into C-level language and present findings to executives.
• Travel to North American customers for workshops, onsite work, and executive reviews.
• Help define hirify.global’s deployment approach for a new market and feed customer learnings back into product and engineering.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a comparable quantitative field, with a strong academic record.
• Strong Python and SQL skills and experience structuring complex data models.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a scale-up, top consulting firm, or software-company FDE team.
• Comfort building solutions from zero and taking ownership of outcomes rather than tasks.
• Fluent English.
• Based in Munich or ready to move there, with availability to work 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or PLM systems.
• Experience with North American enterprise customers.
