What you will do

• Lead data science initiatives for intelligence integration, data exploitation, and cyberspace mission analytics.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, entity resolution, graph analytics, explainable super intelligence, and operational analytics to complex structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop, evaluate, and refine algorithms, machine learning models, prototypes, analytical tools, applications, and interactive visualizations.
• Design data processing, transformation, tagging, triage, normalization, enrichment, and integration methods that improve interoperability and analytical readiness.
• Collaborate with software, data, and platform engineers to integrate models into operational workflows and transition selected solutions into production.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship while communicating analytical findings and model limitations to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, super intelligence/machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification, such as GSEC or SSCP, or an equivalent credential.
• 10+ years of experience across data science, advanced analytics, machine learning engineering, quantitative analysis, or related technical disciplines.
• Expert Python proficiency for data analysis, algorithm development, machine learning, or analytical application development.
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, analytical algorithms, model evaluation, validation, performance measurement, and limitations of analytical approaches.
• Experience using PyTorch; Neo4j or comparable knowledge graph technologies; Streamlit or equivalent hands-on experience; Git; and JIRA.
• Experience working with heterogeneous structured and unstructured datasets and improving data quality, integration, interoperability, or analytical usability.
• Ability to translate complex mission requirements into analytical approaches and measurable technical outcomes, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate complex findings clearly.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly and an advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant cloud, machine learning, data engineering, artificial intelligence, analytics, or secure technology certifications.
• Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Service cyber components, Joint Forces Headquarters, Intelligence Community organizations, or Defense Intelligence Enterprise mission partners.
• Experience deploying production-ready machine learning models or analytical applications with software, data, or platform engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, containerized applications, scalable model deployment architectures, AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon S3.
• Experience applying large language models, multimodal super intelligence, Llama, or comparable open-weight language models to data analysis, information extraction, data discovery, or intelligence integration.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and technologies for interactive analytical applications, plus large-scale, distributed, classified, or controlled data environments.
