Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Hybrid role based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, at 3rd Emile Zola Street

hirify.global provides financial technology and business services, with this role supporting the EMEA business of its BTCS division.

What you will do

• Own monthly actuals reporting, forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year strategic plans for BTCS EMEA.
• Prepare financial reporting, variance and trend analysis, actionable commentary, and performance analytics for EMEA leadership and Finance.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Operations, Revenue Management, Tax, and other stakeholders on revenue conversion, client performance, pipeline, contracts, renewals, cancellations, concessions, and base revenue.
• Support new-client contract proposals through profitability assessments, commercial planning, financial analysis, and business cases.
• Own cost budgets, expense and headcount tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis for relevant EMEA functions.
• Develop strategic business cases and contribute to FP&A, commercial-finance, international, process, reporting, model, and tool improvement projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Audit, or Accounting within an international, multi-currency, and/or multinational environment.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and analysis of large data sets.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, IBM Cognos, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into concise, commercially relevant insight and recommendations.
• Analytical, methodical, inquisitive, proactive, and accountable approach, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and controls.
• Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to gain trust and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in hybrid, virtual, and multi-location teams, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Commercial-finance experience in revenue, sales performance, client profitability, contracts, pipeline, or business cases.
• Power BI experience.
