Commissioning Manager (Data Centers)

Location: On-site in London, England, UK; candidates must currently live in or be looking to move to Farciennes and already have the legal right to work.

What you will do

• Develop and implement commissioning strategies, plans, procedures, schedules, and scripts.
• Drive the end-to-end commissioning process across scope, schedule, quality assurance, milestones, budgets, and interdependencies.
• Attend project meetings, monitor progress, resolve issues, and conduct site inspections covering QA/QC and commissioning activities.
• Provide independent oversight of client-appointed commissioning teams and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Review commissioning documentation and ensure compliance with client standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commissioning on large-scale data centre projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling systems, and critical infrastructure.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed commissioning scripts and schedules.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Currently living in or looking to move to Farciennes, with the legal right to work already in place.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
