Senior Infrastructure Project Manager (AI/Cloud)

Location: Remote from Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, or Georgia. Flexible hybrid or remote options may depend on the role; work from anywhere in the world is available for up to 45 days per year.

What you will do

• Own infrastructure projects end to end, from intake and Jira setup through delivery, acceptance testing, operational hand-over, sign-off, and lessons learned.
• Deliver PoP build-outs, colocation expansions, server and network deployments, capacity expansions, hardware refreshes, decommissioning, connectivity procurement, migrations, and equipment relocations.
• Coordinate architects, procurement, logistics, data-centre installation, repair, product, customer, and operations teams across multiple linked workstreams.
• Estimate and control project budgets, including NRC/MRC, colocation, leased lines, hardware, and related components; manage approvals and reconcile plan versus actuals.
• Control technical scope, rack layouts, power, network design, schedules, dependencies, risks, delivery timelines, acceptance quality, and hand-over documentation.
• Manage scope changes, stakeholder communication, RACI boundaries, Kanban flow metrics, aging WIP, Jira status hygiene, and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in infrastructure, data centres, telecom, or IT operations, including projects with multiple counterpart teams or vendors.
• Ability to run complex projects independently without step-by-step support.
• Solid understanding of server and network hardware and data-centre operations, including racks, PDUs, power and cooling, network topology, switches, cross-connects, and IP addressing.
• Project-administration experience with Jira or an equivalent tracker, including linking tasks across projects, workflows, and fields.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and ability to manage ambiguity and multiple parallel projects and workstreams.
• English at B2 or above for correspondence and negotiation with international partners and vendors; documentation is written in English.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kanban, Lead Time, Throughput, and WIP metrics.
• Experience with customer-facing or multi-partner projects and formal RACI.
• Experience estimating infrastructure project budgets, including NRC/MRC, colocation, and leased lines.
• PMP, Kanban Management Professional, or similar certification.
• Experience working in a distributed international team.
