Infrastructure Core Project Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Manage Infrastructure Core internal projects end-to-end, including planning, scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery.
• Lead project routines, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and alignment between technical and operational teams.
• Coordinate Network, Systems, DBA, monitoring, automation, platform, and other infrastructure teams while removing blockers.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, compliance, and infrastructure governance standards.
• Translate infrastructure strategy into actionable project plans and support infrastructure changes with automation tools and technical understanding.
• Improve processes, documentation, reporting, service standardization, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing technical projects.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components, including compute, monitoring, identity, networking, automation, and cloud.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CMDB, monitoring and alerting platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear project plans and actions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining alignment, ownership, accountability, clarity, and empathy.

Nice to have

• Background in infrastructure engineering or operations.
• Experience with ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Knowledge of security standards, compliance requirements, or audit support.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Scrum Master certification.
