Finance Leader (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-powered legal research platform and continuously updated legal database for customers across Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the financial strategy and ensure the finance setup scales with company growth.
• Partner with the CEO, founders, leadership team, and board on strategic company decisions.
• Build and improve operational finance processes, systems, controls, and scalable financial infrastructure.
• Own business performance metrics, including key SaaS indicators, to support decisions and profitable growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and P&L management.
• Coordinate with external partners on accounting, audits, and compliance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups, ideally in a VC- or PE-backed environment.
• Proven experience leading or centrally contributing to Series A/B/C or later fundraising and/or M&A processes.
• Strong operational finance experience, including building finance functions from scratch or at an early stage.
• Deep Excel modelling experience and a track record of automating manual, complicated processes.
• Comfort working with transactional-level detail before automation and process improvement.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert financial data into clear business insights.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
