Solution Engineer, Associate (IT/Technical Pre-Sales Experience) (Air Transport)

Location: Amman, Jordan; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home depending on team needs

What you will do

• Build, design, and document customer solutions using hirify.global products, services, and technologies.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and translate them into standard hirify.global products and solution components.
• Prepare technical proposal sections, bid documentation, solution descriptions, assumptions, constraints, and technical compliance matrices.
• Use the CPQ/LogikIO configuration tool to create quotations and support configuration and quoting activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Global Services, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with customer needs.
• Support awarded-project handovers through solution documentation and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
• 2–4 years of experience in an IT, technology, or systems-related role.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, or solution architectures.
• Interest in solution design, systems integration, technical pre-sales, and the air transport industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset, willingness to support sales and pre-sales activities, and ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
• Strong motivation to develop into a more senior solution design role.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Relevant technical training or certifications.
• Exposure to pre-sales, solution design, systems engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in international or cross-functional environments.
• Additional European languages.
