Managed Security Service Provider operating a multi-customer Security Operations Center and delivering AI-enabled security capabilities.

What you will do

• Translate AI and automation strategy into roadmaps, engineering backlogs, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the design, development, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of AI agents, agentic workflows, integrations, SOAR playbooks, and security automation.
• Apply AI, agents, orchestration, and machine learning to alert triage, investigation, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, reporting, and SOC efficiency.
• Lead vendor-agnostic architecture and hands-on development of single-agent and multi-agent solutions for security operations.
• Integrate agents with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, cloud security, identity, email security, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, ITSM, and collaboration platforms.
• Establish secure development and production practices, including testing, CI/CD, staged deployment, change control, rollback, approval gates, rate limits, circuit breakers, and kill switches.

Requirements

• Expertise in AI engineering, security operations, and vendor-agnostic agent development.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade AI agents and agentic workflows for security operations.
• Ability to design portable solutions using abstraction layers, standard interfaces, structured outputs, reusable tools, model gateways, and replaceable components.
• Experience evaluating agent frameworks according to security, maintainability, performance, licensing, and operational cost.
• Experience with frameworks such as Agno, LangChain, LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit, OpenAI Agents SDK, and Mastra.
• Ability to preserve customer context, tenant boundaries, evidence traceability, and decision history.
• Strong technical, operational, leadership, service management, customer engagement, and people management capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate agents for accuracy, groundedness, consistency, evidence quality, tool selection, action success, latency, resilience, security, and cost.
