Senior DevOps Engineer (Cyprus)

Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus; relocation to Cyprus is required.

What you will do

• Design and implement fault-tolerant, auto-scalable service infrastructure processing more than 2 million images per minute with modern GPUs.
• Automate and support distributed infrastructure across more than 10 regional data centres.
• Optimize operational interaction between services.
• Set up monitoring, log collection and processing, statistics storage, and CI/CD for hundreds of high-performance servers scaling to 8,000 servers and processing up to 200,000 records per second.
• Develop emergency response strategies for denial-of-service incidents affecting one or more regions.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of professional experience.
• Confident knowledge of Linux and Docker.
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• Experience building production systems with IaaS using GCP or AWS.
• Knowledge of modern methods for reliable operation of highly loaded network applications.
• Knowledge of Python and Bash.
• Ability to write scripts for API interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Elasticsearch/ELK, ClickHouse clusters, or Concourse CI/CD.
