Architect and Product Manager (AEC)

Location: Oslo, Norway; candidates should already be located in Oslo or have the right to work in Norway and be willing to relocate to Oslo. Flexible home-office arrangement available.

hirify.global is an early-stage software company building a web-based application that helps architects speed up design workflows and access high-quality visualization.

What you will do

• Represent the architectural industry internally and translate user challenges into concrete product opportunities.
• Prioritize the most valuable challenges for the product team to solve.
• Explore and test technical solutions and workflows, including AI models and parametric design approaches.
• Act as an internal power user and test developed solutions against user requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and content teams.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's-level degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and/or Computational Design at a leading international architectural firm.
• Proven architectural skills and a deep interest in architecture.
• Familiarity with multiple BIM, 3D modeling, and architectural visualization tools, such as Archicad, Revit, 3ds Max, and Enscape.
• Adaptability in a growing startup with shifting priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and interest in cross-functional work with sales, product, and content teams.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, user-focused, proactive, and able to prioritize independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with the technical side of generative AI, including generative image models, ComfyUI workflows, or LoRA training for professional use cases.
• Experience building design workflow tools in applications such as Grasshopper.
• Experience at a software company in the AEC space.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Designer.
• Familiarity with developing applications with the support of agents.
• Existing software solutions built for the AEC space.
