Project Manager

What you will do

• Run Scrumban ceremonies and manage day-to-day team processes.
• Clarify requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders and turn them into a prioritized backlog with the team.
• Plan, estimate, and track scope, timelines, and team capacity.
• Manage risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Report project status to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain project documentation and improve team processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional or product development teams.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to speed up project management routines.
• Strong analytical skills in requirements work, planning, and risk management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Willingness to dive deep into the product.

Nice to have

• Involvement in discovery processes and early-stage feature scoping.
• Experience managing several initiatives in parallel.
• Understanding of product and delivery metrics such as retention, conversion, and cycle time.
• Basic technical background in APIs, architecture, and release processes.
• Experience with B2C mobile apps or subscription-based products.
