IT User Support Engineer

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home.

What you will do

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop hardware, operating systems, software, productivity applications, telephony, and networks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, computer systems, network, printer, scanner, peripheral, and cabling issues.
• Respond to support tickets and call-outs and collaborate with the team to provide 24/7 support when required.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup, account provisioning, access permissions, and hardware installation.
• Provide remote support for VPN connectivity and remote access for off-site and travelling employees.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, documentation, internal procedures, and cable management standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Fluent English required.
