Conductive Product Marketer (Consumer Electronics)

What you will do

• Develop the CHK conductive business and product strategy for complex, multi-faceted challenges.
• Lead customer insights, economic analysis, market research, new product introductions, strategic planning, integrated communications, pricing, and competition analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partner with electronic-market customers to identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Support application development, existing product CMP, and new product development while demonstrating the value of hirify.global solutions.
• Plan and direct marketing activities across market research, channel and product marketing, digital, business development, branding, pricing, bids, agreements, and price optimization.
• Travel approximately 25%–30%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least five years of experience in a P&L management role involving a related product line or portfolio, including at least three years in consumer electronics.
• Good project management experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Collaborative interpersonal style and experience leading project teams.
• Passion and curiosity for addressing industry challenges.
• Employees must contribute to a strong Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and supporting continuous improvement.
