Forward Deployed Engineer, Mid-Market (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid setup with 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office and 2 days remote.

hirify.global deploys AI agents for banks and other organizations, starting with voice AI for debt collection across voice, messaging, email, and SMS channels.

What you will do

• Run multiple mid-market implementations from kickoff to go-live on a fixed timeline of about four weeks.
• Configure and adapt AI agents to customer policies, products, tone, contact rules, channels, payment links, and human hand-offs.
• Set up standard customer data imports and exports, test agents with simulations and evaluations, and fix launch issues.
• Analyze production performance with SQL and dashboards, explain results to customers, and improve agents and contact strategies.
• Turn repeated implementation work into templates, scripts, and tooling, and help shape standard workflows for customer segments.
• Document and hand over live customers to Deployment Strategists while sharing product gaps and feedback with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, technical support, or technical consulting; strong graduates are welcome.
• Experience writing Python and/or TypeScript and SQL, working with APIs, and handling data files.
• Ability to manage several projects at once and keep each implementation on schedule.
• Interest in structured, repeatable work and automating recurring tasks.
• Clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Native-level Dutch and fluent English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompting, evaluations, or building small agents.
• Exposure to collections, lending, telecommunications, utilities, or other customer operations.
• Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent experience.
