Emergency Medicine Physician (AI)

Location: Remote - USA; candidates must be fully licensed and actively practicing medicine in the US.

What you will do

• Develop high-difficulty emergency medicine clinical cases, benchmark tasks, and realistic scenarios covering triage, stabilization, diagnostics, treatment, disposition, and handoffs.
• Review fragmented and longitudinal medical records to identify trends, contradictions, omissions, and patient-safety risks.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, practical applicability, quality of reasoning, documentation, and safety.
• Produce gold-standard answers, clinically defensible reference solutions, and structured evaluation rubrics.
• Assess emergency decision-making, differential diagnosis, escalation, treatment priorities, discharge or admission decisions, and EMS/paramedic handoffs.
• Incorporate calibration feedback, refine tasks through iterative review cycles, and support review of other contributors' work.

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active US medical license.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Approximately 8+ years of professional Emergency Medicine experience, including current or recent clinical practice within the last 3 years.
• Strong experience with emergency assessment, stabilization, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to synthesize complex or fragmented medical records.
• Experience reviewing clinical documentation and identifying missing, unsafe, or inconsistent actions.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce clear, clinically defensible reasoning.
