What you will do

• Execute real-world digital workflows involving online platforms, products, and services.
• Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and evaluate their performance.
• Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following project guidelines.
• Document task execution through screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.
• Identify errors and inconsistencies in AI-generated outputs and recommend improvements.
• Complete multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• A few years of professional work experience in any field, including business, technology, operations, or related domains.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools.
• Comfort performing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.
• Access to biometric authentication, such as fingerprint or facial recognition, on a laptop or personal device for secure checkout processes; biometric data is not stored.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms and applications.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain consistent weekly availability.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments.
