Data Scientist

Location: Remote – U.S., UK, or Canada

Salary: $150–$350 per hour

What you will do

• Reconstruct, redesign, and enhance data-driven presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Create data visualizations that turn complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Apply visual storytelling and edit content for accuracy, clarity, flow, and narrative impact.
• Apply advanced data analysis and statistical reasoning to interpret datasets.
• Develop analytical reports covering findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Review deliverables against presentation and visualization best practices and improve them through feedback cycles.

Requirements

• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency with a strong portfolio demonstrating slide reconstruction and advanced presentation design.
• Ability to analyze and visualize complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights.
• Experience with content editing, data storytelling, and analytical reports for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and exceptional attention to detail in quantitative and qualitative work.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, concise, and engaging narratives.
• Educational or professional background in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively on remote projects with evolving requirements and iterative feedback.

Nice to have

• Previous consulting experience.
• Prior AI experience is not required.
