Litigation Attorney (AI)

Location: Remote; open to U.S.-licensed attorneys

Salary: $80–$150 per hour

What you will do

• Develop complex legal reasoning tasks based on realistic legal scenarios and supporting materials.
• Analyze fact patterns, identify legal issues, interpret relevant authorities, and explain defensible conclusions.
• Establish clear criteria for consistent and objective evaluation of answers.
• Review tasks created by other attorneys for legal accuracy and sound reasoning.
• Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and flag them for quality control.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and an active U.S. bar license in good standing.
• 3–15 years of legal practice experience.
• Currently practicing in litigation, corporate law, real estate law, bankruptcy, or compliance.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Strong preference for experienced litigators.

Nice to have

• Judicial clerkship experience.
• Law school teaching or legal instruction experience.
• Law review or legal journal editorial experience.
• Previous involvement in legal AI or legal data projects.
