Success and Solutions Lead, Nova (Fintech)

Location: New York City, NY; hybrid workplace

Base salary: $160,000+ annually, plus performance-based variable compensation, benefits, and equity.

What you will do

• Own customer support across direct ticket handling, self-service, and automations.
• Design the organization, systems, and instrumentation needed for lean and efficient operations.
• Grow payment volume and verified identities by expanding usage among fund administrators and general partners.
• Own onboarding and enablement for fund administrators and their funds.
• Ensure seamless service delivery to investors and build trust across customer segments.
• Represent customer needs through feedback loops with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Banking Operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, or consulting, including 3+ years as an operator at a scaling company.
• Experience managing people and driving cross-functional work without direct authority.
• Experience building workflows, systems, automations, or AI agents that create leverage for the business.
• Experience onboarding customers to a complex product, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Ability to make difficult customer decisions when no established playbook exists.
