Junior DevOps with Python

What you will do

• Develop and maintain internal engineering tools supporting software development, release management, code quality, and build processes.
• Investigate mature, long-lived systems with limited documentation through code analysis, experimentation, and reverse engineering.
• Analyze incidents reported by users and provide customer support.
• Implement change requests and enhancements related to Greenhouse migration and compatibility efforts.
• Identify hidden dependencies and determine effective solutions for complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Experience programming in Python.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
• Understanding of automated testing as a practice and in the context of Python.
• Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of containerized workloads.
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Curiosity, persistence, fast learning, and systematic investigation skills for solving complex technical problems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile software development, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell/Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Coachability.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
