Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Location: Remote from the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Travel 3–4 times per year for in-person meetings may be required.

Salary: $93,000–$122,000 annually, with the final base pay varying by knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Own corporate services category and sub-category strategies aligned with business objectives and annual operating priorities.
• Lead sourcing events and contract negotiations for marketing and agency services, HR services, fleet and mobility, facilities-adjacent services, ADM, ITO, consulting, advisory services, and contingent labor.
• Use market intelligence, supplier trends, cost drivers, benchmarks, financial analyses, and cost models to guide sourcing decisions and track savings and value realization.
• Partner with Marketing, HR, Facilities, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, present recommendations, and align on outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships and mitigate supplier, contract, operational, labor-related, and other procurement risks.
• Coach and develop Analysts and improve sourcing processes, standard work, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
• 7+ years of applicable experience in strategic sourcing, professional services procurement, or related commercial roles.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating professional services and/or contingent labor agreements, including rate cards and SOW-based engagements.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance cost, quality, and flexibility.
• Ability to partner effectively with Corporate, Technology, HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Facilities, and Operations stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability, including rate benchmarking, cost modeling, business-case validation, savings logic, and value tracking.
• Working knowledge of procurement governance, contract standards, and labor-related risk considerations.
