What you will do

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers across upper mid-market and enterprise client portfolios.
• Own complex client relationships and stay hands-on across discovery, product design, implementation, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Analyze customer organizations and map end-to-end operational and financial workflows.
• Translate process flows into hirify.global platform designs, configurations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Drive product capabilities, best practices, automation, and AI-forward improvements across the product and customer lifecycle.
• Coach team members on client management, problem-solving, delivery quality, and professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management, including leading or mentoring others.
• Systems-thinking ability across people, processes, and technology, with the ability to untangle interconnected business problems and teach others to do the same.
• Player-coach mentality: lead by doing, remain hands-on, model the work, and maintain delivery standards.
• Experience thriving in high-pressure environments such as startups, consulting, or finance.
• Ability to understand complex engineering and logic problems from first principles and explain them to the team.
• Strong ability to synthesize information quickly and make sound decisions under ambiguity.
• Strong analytical mindset.
