Quality Leader - ACST NAR & EUR (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in Newark, Delaware, United States; the role also supports the quality teams in Hayward, California.

What you will do

• Lead and execute ACST's quality strategy for products across the North American and European region.
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality assurance processes, systems, programs, and tools.
• Coordinate quality activities across Manufacturing, Quality Control, Raw Material Management, Engineering, and external strategic partners.
• Lead SPC management, control-chart reviews, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and Material Review Board meetings.
• Support product design, development, scale-up, HVM, change qualification, and customer quality complaint resolution.
• Set regional quality objectives and KPIs while managing, coaching, training, and developing quality teams in Hayward and Newark.

Requirements

• BS degree in a technical discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
• 8+ years of technical experience in the semiconductor or semiconductor materials industry, including Engineering, R&D, Quality, or Manufacturing.
• In-depth understanding of raw materials and applications of cleaning chemistry and CMP slurry, including analytical and functional characterization methodologies.
• Demonstrated success resolving technical challenges in time-critical situations.
• Ability to perform effectively in a multicultural work environment.
• Strong leadership and people/talent development skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean.
