Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office; occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Salary: $88,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with agencies, program managers, and technical stakeholders to understand processes, grant structures, roles, and system requirements.
• Translate findings into implementation scope, configuration plans, requirements matrices, process maps, and configuration documentation.
• Configure Euna Grants across the full grant lifecycle, from pre-award through close-out, in line with Euna's implementation methodology.
• Conduct UAT, document issues, create support tickets, monitor resolution, and identify functionality gaps for Product and Development.
• Lead virtual and written training for end users, agency leaders, and other client audiences while supporting troubleshooting and project-related requests.
• Manage project risks, cross-functional relationships, knowledge-sharing, and AI-enabled workflow improvements; senior-level candidates lead more complex engagements and internal ownership.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Customer Success, implementation, or account management experience.
• Working knowledge of grants management, including grant types, funding compliance requirements, and reporting obligations; public-sector experience is strongly preferred.
• Technical acumen, including software configuration, data relationships, system architecture concepts, and required experience with SaaS platforms.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and a demonstrated record of embedding technology into daily workflows to improve quality or efficiency.
• Extensive experience training or teaching clients in a virtual environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills adaptable to end users and agency executives.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing deadlines, work independently, and collaborate reliably across teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, follow-through, and adaptability skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with state, county, or municipal government in a grants capacity.
• Familiarity with federal grant programs such as CDBG, ARPA, HUD, EPA, or similar.
• Experience with grants management systems, financial management platforms, or public-sector ERP systems.
• Professional experience using AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Knowledge of data migration or SaaS implementation projects involving integrations.
