Salary: $103,000–$141,700 USD annual base salary for Zone 4; other listed U.S. pay zones range from $109,500–$150,600, $115,900–$159,400, and $128,800–$177,100.

What you will do

• Lead Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and similar analyst evaluations, including questionnaires, RFIs, briefings, demonstrations, references, and fact checks.
• Develop differentiated, evidence-based proof points and narratives for analyst-facing content.
• Prepare executives and technical experts for analyst inquiries, briefings, demonstrations, and advisory sessions.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for RFI drafting and review, analyst outreach, research summaries, and quote and statistics discovery.
• Increase analyst advocacy and market visibility through expert, customer, and event engagement.
• Turn analyst research, inquiry feedback, and evaluation results into recommendations for product roadmaps, positioning, campaigns, field plays, deals, and executive narratives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in analyst relations, or in product or technical marketing with direct responsibility for major analyst evaluations, ideally in data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated results improving analyst evaluation placement, market perception, or coverage.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve research, writing, or program workflows, with the ability to identify and implement practical scaling opportunities.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to turn complex product capabilities into differentiated, evidence-based narratives for analysts and senior executives.
• Strong program management skills, including managing multiple detailed, deadline-driven workstreams while maintaining quality and meeting commitments.
• Experience preparing executives and technical experts for analyst conversations and aligning them on strategy, messaging, and proof points.
• Ability to influence product, marketing, and sales partners, move work forward with limited support, and collaborate effectively on a small, fast-moving team.
