3D Model Responsible (Siemens NX)

Location: Finspång, Sweden; on-site presence required with business travel to customers as needed.

What you will do

• Create and manage detailed 3D CAD models using input from mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Produce layout drawings supporting customer planning for foundations, buildings, utilities, and site preparation.
• Keep layouts aligned with project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams and customers in an international environment to prevent design clashes.
• Help develop long-term engineering support capabilities for the Layout Engineering team in Finspång.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Several years of professional mechanical engineering experience, preferably in gas turbines, power generation, or oil and gas.
• Expertise in 3D CAD modeling; Siemens NX is preferred.
• Experience with PLM systems; Teamcenter is preferred.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical systems design, steel structure design, and project management.
• Advanced English proficiency for intercultural communication and collaboration.
• Attention to detail, a structured working style, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn hirify.global products and engineering processes and to travel for business when required.
