Director Platform Integration (AI)

Location: On-site in Burbank, California; requires travel to show sites, evening and weekend availability, and occasional long days on-site.

Salary: $134,000–$250,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead a tactical team across platform services and show-driven technology deployments.
• Own the strategy, administration, lifecycle, availability, security and capacity of Perforce, TeamCity, TeamViewer and related platforms.
• Evaluate, qualify, stage, document and deploy new servers, hardware and software into the live event production pipeline.
• Develop security roadmaps, identity and access controls, network segmentation, audit readiness, runbooks and change-management standards.
• Provide escalation support during live productions and compressed deployment windows while partnering with Creative, Production, Engineering and Systems Architecture.
• Manage vendors, licensing, procurement, capacity forecasts, QA criteria and multi-year platform and production-integration roadmaps.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience administering Perforce Helix Core at scale, including depot architecture, replication and proxy topologies.
• Experience owning CI/CD infrastructure such as TeamCity, Jenkins or equivalent, including build-agent fleets and pipeline reliability.
• Experience integrating media servers, playback systems, LED processing and AV networking hardware into live production environments.
• Working knowledge of virtualization, storage, Windows and Linux server administration, plus PowerShell or Python scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with production-network security practices, including zero-trust remote access and privileged access management.
• Experience in venue, broadcast, touring or 24/7 operations where downtime is highly visible.
• Demonstrated use of AI and agentic automation for platform administration, build and deployment workflows, monitoring, diagnostics and documentation.
• Applied understanding of AI-assisted log and anomaly analysis, automated patch and vulnerability triage, access-review automation, and governance guardrails for production networks.
• Must pass required background checks and be able to travel to show sites as needed.
