What you will do

• Validate, edit, and analyze daily measurement data for crude and CO2 pipeline assets.
• Investigate physical pipeline gains and losses, resolve discrepancies with Operations and Measurement, and support downstream business groups.
• Complete liquid entries, regulatory reporting, audits, adjustment requests, lease setup, and other reporting activities against monthly close deadlines.
• Administer balancing and reporting tools with Field Operations and provide data queries and reports for internal and external requests.
• Support system migrations and enhancements through testing, documentation, training, and issue escalation to IT.
• Track CO2 sales, verify truck tickets against hauler invoices, and identify and implement measurement process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited program in business, engineering, or a related physical science; direct measurement or industry experience may substitute for the degree.
• 3+ years of industry experience are strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of crude and product measurement fundamentals, including applicable standards, policies, and procedures.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
• Intermediate math and analytical skills, strong attention to data accuracy, and working knowledge of tables and data structures supporting measurement systems.
• Ability to manage multiple pipeline assets and close deadlines, with availability for overtime when required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, prioritization, workload organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with team members, operations personnel, and external partners in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Intermediate skills in query and reporting tools such as Access, SQL, or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global transactional systems, including Field Insight, Pgas, and FlowCal, or equivalent systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes upstream and downstream of the measurement function.
