Finance Associate (Quantitative Finance)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, United States; work from the New York City office at least 3 days per week

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, excluding potential bonuses

What you will do

• Rotate across treasury, finance, fund reporting, and tax compliance to develop expertise across FACT functions.
• Support cash management, margin analysis, tax estimates, compliance reporting, and counterparty management.
• Identify workflow improvements and implement efficiency solutions with internal operations development teams, data systems, and AI tools.
• Coordinate with external service providers, including prime brokers and accounting firms.
• Lead or contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses within FACT and across the firm.
• Collaborate with operational, technical, and other internal teams, including on trading-strategy initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in finance, treasury, data science, management information systems, accounting and tax, or a related field.
• Basic programming skills or experience using AI-assisted tools to automate and streamline workflows.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to understand the business and the reasoning behind processes.
• Meticulous, thorough, self-motivated, and tenacious approach to delivering high-quality work and taking on new challenges.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively across teams.
