Team Lead (Backend/Frontend)

Location: Office-based in Bordeaux, France

What you will do

• Lead projects for hirify.global Connect by turning requirements into actionable plans and facilitating prioritization and work distribution.
• Guide backend and frontend software engineers and collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA specialists.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of hirify.global Connect software components.
• Promote code reviews, automated testing, continuous deployment, and other sound software engineering practices.
• Support team members in their professional growth.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering or engineering management experience.
• Proven record of delivering products or features.
• Strong technical skills in at least one of Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Experience with backend engineering and cloud infrastructure.
