What you will do

• Conduct applied research and develop reproducible, consumer-relevant wet-floor cleaning and device-learning methods.
• Generate insights into how pad designs, liquid amounts, and chemistry affect cleaning performance.
• Lead technical and consumer-impact assessments for Swiffer Pad FEI development, including product-design learning plans and technical evaluations.
• Develop product claims and demonstrations that communicate benefits and technologies and support project graduation.
• Generate consumer insights for concepts and communication ideas in collaboration with the commercial team.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; alternatively, a high school diploma with relevant experience and interests.
• Applicants with two-year or four-year degrees in non-engineering disciplines are welcome to apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• AI capabilities.
• Cinematography experience.
