Location: Rochester, New York, United States; primary work environment is a corporate office setting

Salary: $19.00–$29.50 per hour, plus benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.

What you will do

• Build and review financial models for M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and business initiatives.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
• Analyze data and collaborate with business partners on enterprise strategy projects and strategic planning materials.
• Support transaction processes and strategic initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and implications for leadership.
• Support due diligence by gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing reports on potential targets or investments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence presenting findings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs and ability to sit and work at a desk or computer for extended periods.

• Experience with financial modeling and analytical tools.
