Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus. Workplace: On-site.

What you will do

• Recommend actions to meet budget targets, optimize resource use, and control costs across the business.
• Prepare monthly P&L and cash flow projections and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, transaction control, and data quality.
• Analyze financial processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop financial models, business cases, valuations, and analysis for projects and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, numerical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, including the ability to work with large amounts of financial data.
• Ability to interpret financial results, identify trends, and translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience in financial controlling, FP&A, management accounting, or a similar finance role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and PivotTables.
• Practical experience with Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
• English level: B2 or higher.
