Financial Planning & Analysis Officer (iGaming)

Location: Agios Athanasios, Cyprus; hybrid, full-time.

What you will do

• Support the Head of Finance with long-term financial plans and strategic planning.
• Model new business opportunities, scenario plans, and business cases to identify value-creation opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting and rolling forecasts, consolidating inputs and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis covering market launches, pricing, contract profitability, cash collection, cost control, and capital investment.
• Lead the group reporting month-end process and explain performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Develop management reporting and assess the financial impact of tax and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Previous FP&A experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Budgetary control experience.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or professional qualification.
• Online sports betting or fintech experience.
• Experience with business intelligence products, preferably Google Looker.
• Business partnering experience in a large organization and collaboration with non-Finance colleagues.
• Corporate environment experience, including compliance and governance.
• Project management and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills.
