PR Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver a proactive PR strategy to grow global brand awareness and reputation.
• Build journalist and publication relationships and secure coverage across business, technology, HR, and mainstream media in the UK, US, and beyond.
• Write press releases and manage announcements covering customers, partnerships, product launches, acquisitions, and company growth.
• Build external profiles for CEOs and senior leadership through interviews, articles, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and commentary.
• Turn customer results, company data, original research, and insights into stories, reports, campaigns, and joint announcements.
• Manage reactive PR, newsjacking, reputation issues, media enquiries, agencies, content amplification, recognition submissions, partnerships, and PR performance measurement; support PR opportunities across Reddington Pub Companies, One City, and other founder ventures.

Requirements

• Proven PR experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or a fast-growing business.
• A track record and portfolio of earned media coverage, along with journalist relationships.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• A creative, proactive approach to identifying newsworthy opportunities.
• Confidence working with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• An interest in AI, technology, and the future of work.

• Experience with UK, UAE, and US media.
