Pricing Specialist

What you will do

• Support renewal pricing, new quotes, rework requests, and custom pricing requests.
• Work directly with Sales Representatives worldwide to develop pricing quotes aligned with customer needs, margin guidelines, and business growth targets.
• Handle large-revenue and complex customer accounts and run batch processes to initiate pricing activities.
• Support pricing model and tool development, process alignment, value-based pricing, discount and renewal analysis, and Sales and Operations support or training.
• Recommend price changes, perform what-if analysis and impact assessments, and document continuous process improvements.
• Conduct, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative analyses to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Studies, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Solid understanding of statistics, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to conduct, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, including pivot tables, charting, and data mapping.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Good communication, consulting, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic and proactive team-player approach.

Nice to have

• Visual Basic and Macro experience.
• Power BI or Salesforce skills.
