EMEA Benefits Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Execute and optimize enterprise health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs across EMEA.
• Own day-to-day benefits operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and a positive employee experience.
• Manage health, risk assurance, dental, EAP, retirement, managed-service, broker, and other vendor relationships.
• Lead the UK annual enrollment strategy and execution, including employee communications.
• Oversee participant enrollment, audits, invoicing, benefit deductions, and subsidies.
• Partner with People Operations, Payroll, Workday HR, Finance, Tax, Compensation, and broader HR teams, while advising senior leadership on benefits design, costs, and risk.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive or related experience in health and welfare benefits, including senior leadership engagement.
• Deep knowledge of EMEA benefits and EMEA regulatory requirements, with exposure to global programs.
• Experience executing compliant programs in a hands-on, high-accountability environment.
• Strong operational rigor, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working with limited structure or resources.
• Experience managing vendors, brokers, and external partners.
• Strong communication skills with employees and senior stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency with Workday Benefits Module and Microsoft tools including Outlook, Copilot, and Excel.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Comfort working with data, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
