Senior Manager, Global Benefits

Location: Remote in France or the United Kingdom; role scope covers EMEA and global operations.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the global benefits philosophy with the Global Total Rewards Lead, balancing competitiveness, cross-country consistency, and cost discipline.
• Design and manage health, retirement, insurance, leave, and wellbeing programs across company entities and EOR countries.
• Lead annual renewals, broker and carrier relationships, RFPs, vendor negotiations, and service-level management.
• Own benefits compliance, including US ERISA, ACA, COBRA, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500, and statutory and collective-agreement requirements in Europe and other countries.
• Manage the global benefits budget, forecasts, plan-change modeling, claims analysis, enrollment, life events, leaves, payroll and HRIS integrations, and EOR coordination.
• Use AI agents and workflows to automate benefits operations and support growth through new-country setups, EOR conversions, acquisitions, and employee communications.

Requirements

• Extensive global benefits experience in a global, high-growth technology or enterprise software company.
• Deep expertise in benefits design, renewals, vendor and broker management, and multi-country benchmarking.
• Strong hands-on US benefits compliance experience, plus experience with European programs and statutory requirements, including UK and French benefits and pensions.
• Experience managing benefits through both owned entities and Employer of Record providers such as Deel or Remote.
• Track record of building or transforming benefits programs, rather than only administering them.
• Experience leading a team and influencing senior stakeholders in lean, fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical skills for cost modeling and claims analysis, with curiosity about AI and automation.
