Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid schedule with office attendance Monday–Wednesday. Candidates must live in Tbilisi; this is not a remote job.

What you will do

• Own product features from problem definition through solution design and delivery.
• Talk to customers, analyze data, map customer journeys, and define success criteria.
• Design product experiences that solve customer problems and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts, researchers, and writers.
• Maintain and improve the consistency and usability of the design system.
• Use research and data to make decisions and align stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must live in Tbilisi and work from the office Monday–Wednesday; this is not a remote role.
• 3–4 years of product design experience in cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio with real shipped work, preferably including links to applications or websites.
• Previous experience working in product teams; candidates with only freelance experience may not be suitable.
• Product thinking, user research, customer journeys, jobs-to-be-done, and analytics skills.
• Visual design and interaction design skills.
• Figma and design system skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to align different teams.
• Ability to support design decisions with data and work independently.

• Banking or fintech background.
