Senior Fullstack Developer (React/Node.js)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of complex web applications for casino content management and real-time gaming campaigns.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Architect scalable, high-performance frontend and backend systems and maintain robust RESTful APIs.
• Improve code quality, maintainability, security, and performance across frontend, middleware, and backend layers.
• Review code, mentor developers, contribute to technical strategy, and drive refactoring and technical-debt initiatives.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product, QA, and other teams to refine requirements and ensure reliable releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience, including building complex customer-facing web applications at scale.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript ES6+ and solid experience with TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in the React ecosystem, including state management and performance optimization.
• Strong Node.js experience and knowledge of backend architectural patterns.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis, including data modeling and caching strategies.
• Understanding of system design, scalability challenges, performance bottlenecks, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments.
• Practical TDD/BDD experience, automated testing, and confident Git usage in collaborative environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, engineering judgment, communication, ownership, and ability to drive initiatives independently.

Nice to have

• Strong TypeScript expertise.
• Experience with distributed systems or microservices architectures.
• Game development experience.
• Familiarity with BEM, OOCSS, or SMACSS.
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
