Project Manager – Finance & Procurement Systems

What you will do

• Deliver cross-functional projects across Procurement, Finance, and Legal, translating business requirements into prioritized technical delivery.
• Establish project governance covering scope, roadmaps, reporting, stakeholder communication, RACI, dependencies, risks, and steering committee updates.
• Lead rollout and optimization workstreams for Ivalua, Conga, Simfoni, and related financial ERP integrations.
• Align transactional systems, data lakes, and analytics tools to support spend analytics, compliance tracking, and financial reporting.
• Improve Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract workflows, including automation and agentic AI opportunities.
• Coordinate organizational change management, UAT, training, post-go-live hypercare, and outcome tracking across global user groups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience managing complex system implementations, integrations, or digital transformation programs in Finance or Procurement.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Procurement/Source-to-Pay tools, specifically Ivalua or equivalent, and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
• Experience or foundational understanding of agentic AI in procurement or finance workflows, including sourcing recommendations, contract review, invoice exception handling, or supplier risk flagging.
• Functional understanding of data warehouses, analytics infrastructure, and data flows between transactional systems and central data lakes.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Hybrid project management frameworks.
• Awareness of SOX controls, GDPR or equivalent, segregation-of-duty requirements, and financial-system data considerations.
• Experience with vendor evaluations, build-versus-buy decisions, and vendor roadmap alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, executive communication, and ability to work through ambiguity in a multi-brand environment.
