Senior Product Owner, NG&NGL Digital Operations (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; additional locations are Houston, Texas; Findlay, Ohio; and San Antonio, Texas.

Salary: $106,900.00–$160,300.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, and delivery for digital operations products.
• Build customer- and internally facing products that improve operational visibility, asset performance, reliability, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Align Agile teams, Operations, Reliability, Engineering, UX, Data Analytics and AI, R&D, and other stakeholders on priorities, releases, and business outcomes.
• Prioritize feature backlogs and long-term roadmaps, make trade-off decisions, and resolve product-development issues.
• Conduct customer research and product discovery, collect quantitative data, and evaluate product initiatives using a data-driven approach.
• Write epics and user stories that translate customer and stakeholder needs into measurable product outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, product lifecycle management, and adoption of operational or data-driven products.
• Experience translating business and field-user needs into epics, user stories, measurable outcomes, and product requirements.
• Experience partnering with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, Data Analytics, or AI teams to deliver cross-functional digital solutions.
• Agile methodology, backlog management, product development, business acumen, decision-making, industry product knowledge, and UX skills.

Nice to have

• Product Owner certification.
• Experience supporting natural gas, natural gas liquids, midstream, pipeline, terminal, or related industrial operations.
• Experience with industrial data platforms, operational intelligence tools, asset performance management, predictive maintenance, or advanced analytics.
