Company

hirify.global Software provides a SaaS-first orchestration platform for automating and coordinating mission-critical business and IT processes across ERP, hybrid cloud, data, and AI systems.

What you will do

  • Own the Win The Cloud strategy and roadmap, including hyperscaler parity, data pipeline and DevOps automation use cases, and AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud investment sequencing.
  • Define two or three sellable cloud use-case plays and customer evidence for Product Marketing, Sales, and Alliances.
  • Build and maintain the non-SAP growth business case, including market baseline, win/loss analysis, competitive exposure, investment requests, expected return, and go-to-market dependencies.
  • Lead the product side of the AWS partnership track and recommend dedicated Azure and Google Cloud investment.
  • Set connector and platform capability priorities with engineering, contribute pricing and packaging inputs, and manage dependencies across engineering teams.
  • Run customer discovery, define initiative success metrics, report results to executives, and mentor product managers and product owners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a similar field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 8 to 11+ years of product experience, including product management and closely related product design or UX experience, with at least 5 years in product management.
  • Track record of shipping cloud products or capabilities used by enterprise customers, with the problem, customer, owned metric, and result clearly demonstrated.
  • Experience carrying a product vision and roadmap from concept through customer adoption, including PR/FAQ, working-backwards, or an equivalent use-case discipline.
  • Experience owning a product area or portfolio spanning several engineering teams, including explicit trade-off decisions accepted by stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting product strategy and results to senior executives and customers.
  • Strong technical fluency in cloud services, APIs, and integration patterns sufficient to work credibly with engineering and cloud-native customers.
  • Active, demonstrable use of AI tools in product management workflows, including specific examples of what is validated and accepted.
  • Regular travel of approximately 20–30% is required.
  • No specific certification is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cloud cost optimization or FinOps, cloud management or infrastructure automation, developer or platform tooling, or on a hyperscaler service team; AWS experience is the strongest match.
  • Experience with workload automation, orchestration, integration, or ERP-adjacent enterprise software.
  • Experience with partner, marketplace, co-sell, or hyperscaler partner programs.
  • Experience leading product-led growth, customer education, or sales enablement for a technical product.
  • Product design or UX depth.
  • Experience leading product managers or mentoring across teams.
  • CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe, or cloud provider certification.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work within a mission focused on lights-out automation for mission-critical business processes.
  • Core values include teamwork, customer success, curiosity, ownership, problem-solving, and mutual respect.
  • Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Alliances, executives, and the SAP product pillar.
  • Develop the pillar’s team and scope as the business case earns investment.
  • Travel includes customer, partner, executive, and industry engagements.
