IP Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of internal IP programs.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, escalations, resource conflicts, and competing priorities.
• Drive alignment across global, cross-functional teams including Design, Product Lines, QA, Validation, Release, Operations, and Customer teams.
• Coordinate IP lifecycle governance, compliance, quality reviews, release readiness, and customer issue resolution.
• Establish KPIs, program metrics, management dashboards, documentation, and program reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement while supporting Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements and operational compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or semiconductor product development.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing customer-facing issues and escalations.
